Our Mission

Biz4Anyone exists because business knowledge shouldn't be gatekept. When I started my first business, I spent months searching for answers that seemed obvious once I found them. How do you register a business? What's the difference between an LLC and an S-Corp? How do you even begin to figure out if an idea is worth pursuing? These questions had answers, but they were scattered across legal sites, accounting blogs, and forums full of conflicting advice.

I built Biz4Anyone to be the resource I wish had existed when I was starting out. Every tool on this site, every article, every calculator — they're the resources I actually used or wished I'd had. Not theoretical exercises. Not marketing fluff. The real stuff.

Who We Are

We're a small team of entrepreneurs, former consultants, and small business advisors who've been in the trenches. We've started businesses, sold businesses, made expensive mistakes, and learned from them. Our author, David Chen, spent twelve years in corporate strategy before launching three businesses of his own — two successes, one spectacular failure that taught him more than either success.

We don't claim to have all the answers. But we've been through enough to know what works and what doesn't, and we're committed to sharing that knowledge freely.

Why Free?

Because the best business resource is one people actually use. Paywalls and premium memberships keep knowledge away from the people who need it most — early-stage entrepreneurs who are cash-strapped and figuring everything out for the first time. We keep Biz4Anyone free because that's when it provides the most value.
